Point Venture has it all! Besides the fact that you are an about 1-minute walk from the house to Lake Travis, Point Venture Recreational Complex (about 5 mins drive) has a library to rent books (6 am - 10 pm), a junior Olympic size swimming pool (25 meters) to do some laps and then relax on the lounge beds (8 am - 10 pm) and a fully equipped gym (5 am - 10 pm). Overflow is about a 5 minutes drive from the house, next to the pool and a walkway to the Gnarly Gar restaurant. We provide 2 full parking spaces right in front of the house and an overflow parking can handle boats and extra cars. Should you loose it we will have to charge a replacement fee. Point Venture provides other Great amenities including access to a golf course (play for a fee), private park including boat launch area, tennis courts, and lake restaurant - all within walking or short driving distance. we bought some beach chairs and umbrellas, which are for your use. As we also have a pull out sleeper couch, we can accommodate a group of total of up to 12 and offer everything for your relaxing stay - fully equipped kitchen, dining area, multiple living and family rooms, total of 3 TVs, three porches with benches and lounge chairs, stunning views from the rooftop master bedroom and much more. Our 3 story home has 4 dedicated bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Our three story lake house is perfect for a family week long vacation or for the weekend to cool down, take a break and recharge on the lake which is just behind the house, a few steps away.
We are located about one hour from downtown Austin and the Bergstrom International Airport.
